How long have you been a part of the Apex Technology Management team?
What made you want to join Apex:
I joined Apex because they are the best in the North State. When you ask anyone in Redding about who is the number one choice for IT service, Apex was always mentioned. I knew joining their team would allow me to excel in my career.
What is the most interesting or favorite part of you job?
Our clients are the favorite part of my job! I have met so many great and amazing people over the years. I love when I show up at a client’s office and everyone is so cheerful.
What are some cool projects you’ve seen our clients do with Apex’s services/products?
Apex has helped transform so many companies it is hard to pick any one project. Every assessment we do helps our clients see all the potential security risks and allows us to make recommendations on how to improve every aspect of their business so that technology works for them. One of the most recent projects was related to Covid. Our clients needed a safe and secure way to work from home. Our entire team met and came up with a plan that would meet the goal for all our clients. Then our sales team reached out to all the companies that needed a solution. Finally, our project team jumped into action configuring solution after solution to meet the individual needs of each client.
What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
Hearing how happy a client is after I have completed a project or ticket. I love hearing their feedback and reading their surveys each week. I also enjoy teaching other technicians and seeing them grow over the years.

What are some of your hobbies outside of Apex?
I have several hobbies outside of Apex; Photography, Hiking, Home improvement/Wood working, Weightlifting, Dog training, Church, and Gaming
